I am interested in E-Mini quotes only. Please advise.
For quotes only, QuotePlus is a perfect platform, along with the CME GBLX exchange. The $26 CME GLBX monthly exchange fee applies for access to selected E-Mini contracts only.
Available contracts on GLBX: Mini-Sized Dow (YM), E-Mini S&P 500 (ES), E-Mini Nasdaq 100 (NQ), E-Mini Nasdaq Composite (NC), E-Mini Russell 2000 (EZ), E-Mini Russell 1000 (RW), E-Mini S&P MidCap (EW), E-Mini Euro FX (E7), E-Mini Japanese Yen (J7), S&P Cash (SPY0), NYSE Tick (X1Y0) and NYSE Trin (X2Y0).
Or, get E-Minis with the Full CME real-time streaming exchange for $51 /month. This allows you to view all CME products on a real-time continually streaming basis, including the E-Mini contracts.
The CME products reflect an additional $1 monthly charge to provide access to the S&P Index Feed. |

I want to get quotes on my PDA (or cell phone). How do I do this?
It's simple! You can access your data on any text device with internet access, such as your PDA or cell phone, using our Refreshing Quotes feature ... part of your Barchart Real-time subscription.

I have not received quotes for several minutes, is the site down?
There are a number of possibilities; first, the contract may not have traded for the past several minutes. This is most likely the case if any other contracts have updated.
For QuotePlus or WebStation, try closing down and restarting Internet Explorer. This will also reset your connection to our server. Also, please make sure you have internet connection to other sites, such as http://www.barchart.com.
If there is a problem at the exchange or within our system preventing exchange data from coming through, we will put a note on the site. If you are still not receiving quotes, please call our support line at 800-238-5814 or at 312-554-8122. |

I would like to subscribe, but cannot download the User Subscriber Agreement. How can I get one?
This can be downloaded from Uniform Subscriber Agreement or you can request one by emailing realtime@barchart.com and ask to have a copy faxed or mailed to you. |

Why can I not see the overnight quotes for the currencies, grains and bonds?
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) uses separate symbols for day and night sessions.
The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) implemented side-by-side trading on Currencies and EuroDollar products, which have separate symbols for Globex2 and RTH.
Currency futures orders entered on GLOBEX2 are completely fungible with those entered via RTH. Separate ticker symbols exist for price reporting purposes and as a means to identify where the order originated and/or was filled.

You may also email us at realtime@barchart.com with your request.
Please include your name, user login, effective date, and your specific request (i.e., add the CBOT real-time exchange as of July 1, 2007).
Trial users: Once you subscribe, you have a 7-day grace period to view the quotes for all exchanges you requested at sign up. After 7 days, you will receive an email warning you that your account is due to expire. To subscribe to the service, you must mail Barchart.com your signed copy of the Barchart.com Uniform Subscriber Agreement.
