I am interested in E-Mini quotes only. Please advise.

For quotes only, QuotePlus is a perfect platform, along with the CME GBLX exchange. The $25 CME GLBX monthly exchange fee applies for access to selected E-Mini contracts only.

Available contracts on GLBX: E-Mini S&P 500 (ES), E-Mini S&P MidCap (EW), E-Mini SmallCap 600 (PC), E-Mini Nasdaq 100 (NQ), E-Mini NASDAQ Comp (NC), E-Mini MSCI EAFE Index (EA), E-Mini MSCI EMI (ER), E-Mini Japanese Yen (J7), E-Mini Euro FX (E7), NYSE Tick (X1), NYSE Trin (X2), and CME Micro Currencies. S&P ESY0 and SPY0 cash prices are not included.

Or, get E-Minis with the Full CME real-time streaming exchange for $75 /month. This allows you to view all CME products on a real-time continually streaming basis, including the E-Mini contracts.
I want to get quotes on my PDA (or cell phone). How do I do this?

It's simple! You can access your data on any text device with internet access, such as your PDA or cell phone. Real-time mobile access is available for only an additional $10 per month for QuotePlus users.
I have not received quotes for several minutes, is the site down?

There are a number of possibilities; first, the contract may not have traded for the past several minutes. This is most likely the case if any other contracts have updated.

Try closing down and restarting your Internet Browser. This will also reset your connection to our server. Also, please make sure you have internet connection to other sites, such as http://www.barchart.com.

If there is a problem at the exchange or within our system preventing exchange data from coming through, we will put a note on the site. If you are still not receiving quotes, please call our support line at (800) 238-5814 or at +1 (312) 554-8122.
I would like to subscribe, but cannot download the User Subscriber Agreement. How can I get one?

This can be downloaded from Uniform Subscriber Agreement or you can request one by emailing real-time@barchart.com and ask to have a copy faxed or mailed to you.
I would like to add (or remove) an exchange to my subscription. How do I do this?

Please include your name, user login, effective date, and your specific request (i.e., add the CBOT real-time exchange as of July1).
